How to I register for an account?

  2. Complete the information required on the Request an Account form and select ‘Submit’

Your account request will be reviewed in approximately 48-72 hours.

  1. Log into your Account by selecting ‘Sign In’ in the header
  2. Select ‘My Account’ in the header
  3. Select ‘Account Settings’
  4. Change the necessary information
  5. Select ‘Update Details’

How do I find out how much I will be charged for shipping?

Rates for shipping are based on the attributes of the ordered items e.g. weights and dimensions and shipping rates are based by our shipping partners using these values.

To see the shipping rates of your package:

  1. Add items to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Add the ship to address
  4. Select the shipping method
  5. One or more applicable services will be displayed with the associated cost
